This is a Magazine spread I designed for a class at Suny Oneonta and it's for an article on David Carson, arguably one of the best designers to come from America

Informative Graphic
here i tried to make an informative graphic about the expansion of the Inca Empire which started around 1438 and ended around 1525. I really enjoyed making this because history is something that has always interested me and I love the idea of making graphics for education rather then only creating art for corporations. I really hope to get this graphic in a history textbook by the end of this year.
4th World Design
I was asked to create a design studio website and a logo for a client. I decided to make one template that was more modern and functional and another template with a more post modern approach.
Modern Vs Post Modern
Here i tried to illustrate a quote by Branch Rickey "Luck is the residue of design." The first one is a Modernist approach to illustrating this quote and the second one is a Post Modern approach to the quote.
Package Project
This is another re-design I did for one of Brown Golds coffees called South American Midnight. I attempted to create a new design that actually incorporated aspects of South America, specifically Peru where the coffee originated from. I created a new pouch for it with a flap that opens instead of the standard pouch the just opens from the top. I put Inca stories and pictures warping around the pouch to create a more authentic South American feel.
Book Cover
These are two book cover re-designs for a very talented author named David Sedaris, his award winning books One Day Me Talk Pretty and When You're Engulfed In Flames. Both books are a series of essays written by Sedaris about his life, each story has a dark comical twist to them and i tried to reflect that in both the re-designs
